公安大练兵应当顺势导向“学习型公安”

Chinese Police All-around Training Campaign Should Be Aimed at Cultivating Learning-oriented Police

中央提出建立学习型社会以来,各地已经取得经验。公安大练兵正朝学习型公安发展,并且在十个方面接近“学习型”特征。如何克服大练兵中存在的问题,提高学习的内在活力,并将学习势头健康、持续地发展下去,答案就是“顺势导向学习型公安”。

Public security organs in every part of China have gained much experience since the central government put forward the idea of learning-oriented society. Actually, the current police all-around training campaign throughout the country has already showed the tendency towards cultivating learning-oriented police, which is characterized by ten aspects of this campaign. As for how to overcome the practical problems, how to heighten the internal drive to study, and how to maintain this tendency and the momentum of the healthy sustainable development, the answer is to cultivate learning-oriented police.
