摘要 介绍了中国石油大连石化分公司Ⅰ套蒸馏装置扩能改造的设计及运行情况。改造中采用了无压缩机回收轻烃、脱丁烷-脱乙烷流程、高速与低速电脱盐相结合、窄点技术优化换热网络、脱硫催化剂脱除气体中H2S等多种先进工艺技术及多种降低装置用能、用水的措施;并采用了多种先进的工艺设备。改造后装置于2002年11月一次投产成功。运行情况表明该装置工艺流程设计先进合理,适应性强,操作弹性大,综合能耗低。 The design and running of a distillation unit for expansion revamping in Dalian Company are expounded. Numerous advanced technologies have been used in the revamping, such as light hydrocarbons recovery without compressor, de-butane-de-ethane process flow, the combination of high velocity and low velocity electrical desalting, optimizing the heat exchange net work with pinch technology and removing H2S from gas with desulfuriza-tion catalyst. The measures to reduce energy and water consumption of the unit and many advanced process equipments have been adopted in the revamping as well.The unit was successfully started up in Nov.2002 and the running shows that the design of unit process flow is advance and reasonable. It is characterized by high adaptability, high operating flexibility and low comprehensive energy consumption.
