摘要
介绍了石油化工科学研究院开发的生产低碳烯烃的催化裂化家族技术,如DCC,ARGG和CPP等在增产丙烯和降低汽油烯烃含量等方面的最新进展。对于石蜡基常压渣油原料,DCC-Ⅰ型技术的丙烯质量产率可以达到24.8%,DCC-Ⅱ型技术的丙烯质量产率可以达到14.57%,ARGG技术的丙烯质量产率可以达到8.8%,而CPP技术的乙烯和丙烯质量产率分别可以达到20.37%和24.6%。另外对高丙烯选择性的催化裂解催化剂和催化裂化助剂的工业应用情况进行了总结。
The newest development of FCC family technologies developed by RIPP to produce low carbon olefin such as DCC, ARGG and CPP in increasing propylene yield and reducing olefin content in FCC naphtha are expounded. For paraffinic atmospheric residue feedstock, the propylene yield of DCC-Ⅰ process has been reached 28.8% , DCC-Ⅱ process reached 14.57% ,ARGG process reached 8.8% and the ethylene and propylene yields of CPP process have been reached 20.37% and 24.6% respectively. In addition, the commercial application of deep catalytic cracking catalyst and catalytic cracking assistant with high propylene selectivity has been summarized.
