摘要
发展风电是世界能源可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,中国风电的发展应在全国总体规划的基础上,落实各省(市)具体的风电发展目标。在分析江苏风资源、电力供需、风电穿透功率等情况下,提出了江苏风电发展的规划设想和政策建议。
The development of wind power generation is an important part for realization of sustainable development strategy of world energy. For the development of wind power generation in China,a nationwide general plan should be formulated,and the specific objectives of different provinces and cities should be taken into account. By analysis of wind resources,demand and supply of electric power,wind power generation and so forth in Jiangsu Province,plans and some suggestions of wind power development policy are proposed.
