摘要
阐述了利用电力通信网络和异步传输模式技术,节点采用不同接入方式,组建电力调度数据网络,并且通过相应的存取隔离安全机制,确保电力调度数据网的安全运行。
The technique of constructing the electric power dispatching network by using electric power communication network and ATM is described. Some different accessing methods are adopted in this system. Meanwhile,an isolated security method is applied to ensure the safety of electric power dispatching network .
