摘要
介绍了旋转式粗粉分离器的技术特点和一种新型静动叶结合型旋转式粗粉分离器的研制,进行了工业应用性试验研究,并介绍了旋转式分离器的研制和运行特性的试验研究结果,分析了分离器煤粉细度调节特性、煤粉均匀性指数受转子转速和通风量等因素的影响。进一步分析了分离器的分离效率和对制粉系统最大出力的影响。
The theory and technical features of dynamic classifier are introduced in this paper, and a new type of dynamic classifier is researched;moreover,experimental investigation is conducted for the purpose of industry application. The development and results of experimental investigation of operating features of dynamic classifier are introduced in the paper. The fineness regulating features and pulverized coal fineness distribute exponent of classifier effected by rotating ratio and air flows are investigated. The separating efficiency of classifier and its effects on maximum capacity of coal pulverizer are also analyzed.
