摘要 一、导 引 自1984年以来,香港气象台利用通过有限差分方法建立的Bay模型来解流体动力学方程,以预测台风时候的浪级.然而。 In this paper, an operational model in studying typhoon surge in the Tolo harbour ofHong Kong is investigated. An explicit computational algorithm using the Leapfrog Schemeand the finite element method with quadrilateral element of 9 nodes is developed to solve thetwo-dimensional vertically integrated hydrodynamical equations. The parallel processing tech-nique is used to increase the efficiency of computation. Due to the lack of tide data in the openSea, time and tide level correction are made at the water-water boundary. Computational re-sult shows excellent agreement between the computed and actual tide level.
