摘要
发动机的进气系统对整个发动机的动力性、经济性和排放特性都有很大的影响,影响因素主要包括进气歧管、总管的尺寸、结构和形状以及稳压腔的容积。混合动力汽车发动机由于工作过程中电机的介入,其常用工作范围多落在某个区域,所以需要重点对这些工作区域进行优化。笔者通过发动机过程仿真软件对发动机工作过程进行模拟计算,观察改变进气系统的几何参数后对发动机充气效率以及有效功率的影响,来改进进气系统。
The intake system of engines has a great effect on the power,economy and emission of the engine.The layout,configuration and volume of an intake manifold are the main factors to affect performance of an engine.Since electromotor has worked in mixed power engine,which has often worked in one specific range,it should be designed optimally.This paper computes the engine work process via simulation software,observes the effects on engine charge efficiency and available power after geometrical parameters of intake system has been changed,accordingly improves the engine intake system.
