摘要
由于传统的土地定级方法具有一定的主观性,未能与样点地价的实际情况紧密结合。因此,根据Voronoi图的特性,将其引入土地定级工作,并讨论利用该图进行土地定级的科学性、合理性及具体的定级过程,最后以实例加以验证。
Traditional methods of land grading have had certain subjectivity and failed to take into account the actual conditions of land price smaplings. Considering the characteristics of the Voronoi diagram, the author applies the diagram into land grading, and discusses the scientific feature, rationality and the concrete course of using Voronoi diagram to define the land level, and proves them with the instances.
