A Gene Immune Detection Algorithm Based on Biological Immune Mechanism

摘要 该文基于生物免疫原理中检测机制的研究提出了一种基因免疫检测算法。该算法综合了生物免疫系统的先天性免疫和适应性免疫机制,在负选择和克隆选择的基础上又加入了阳性选择和疫苗机制,并利用基因检测实现了检测的DNA优先级策略。仿真实验表明,该算法大幅度提高了检测效率,并有效缩短了计算时间。 On the basis of research for detection in the biological immune principles,a gene immune detection algorithm is provided.It combines innate immune and adaptive immune mechanism of the biological immune system.Positive selection and vaccine mechanism are introduced on the premise of negative selection and clone selection.And a strategy of DNA PRI in the detection is adopted by using gene detection.Shown by simulation experiments,the algorithm has such advantages as,high detecting efficiency and less computing time.
