摘要 论述了参数化设计的思想,介绍了基于参数化技术的自顶向下设计的过程和实施方法,并以三维设计软件SolidWorks为平台,采用Visual Basic开发语言,结合桥式起重机主梁设计实例,实现了自顶向下的零部件设计过程。此设计方法可显著提高设计效率与质量,快速响应个性化的市场要求。 Base on parametric technology, the design method and design process by top-down is presented in this paper. With the 3D parametric design software SolidWorks, the Assembly for girder of chain block has been finished successfully in the actual application. The interface between model and parameter has been established with the programming language of Microsoft Visual Basic. It has been proved that this way can improve design efficiency and quality sharply, and therefore will meet specific market need rapidly.
