慢传输型便秘患者结肠动力与胃肠激素的关系 被引量:23

The Relationship of Gastrointestinal Hormones with Colon Movement in Patients with STC

摘要 目的 探讨结肠慢传输型便秘(STC)患者结肠动力和血液中胃动素(MLT)、生长抑素(SS)、神经降压素(NT)之间的关系。方法 运用结肠运输试验判断STC患者结肠动力。采用放免法测定空腹及餐后 1h血中MLT、NT、SS的浓度水平,与结肠运输试验的标记物排空率作相关性分析。结果 STC患者的空腹和餐后胃肠激素含量分别为: (1)MLT227 92±90 46pg/ml、267 94±126 68pg/ml,餐后 1h的水平低于正常组的 336 16±116 06pg/ml(P<0 05)。(2)SS43 13±33 70pg/ml、25 88±11 51pg/ml,空腹血浆SS水平高于正常组的 18 52±14 88pg/ml(P<0 01)。(3)NT78 75±52 88pg/ml、110 25±97 08pg/ml,空腹血浆NT水平高于正常组的46 95±18 12pg/ml(P<0 05)。STC患者结肠排空率与餐后血浆MLT含量呈正相关,与空腹SS水平呈负相关。结论 本研究表明,STC患者血液中特定的胃肠激素水平异常可能与结肠运输障碍有关。 Objective To study the relationship of colon motility with blood gastrointestinal hormones in patients with slow-transit constipition (STC).Methods A colon-transit test was performed.The fasting and the postprandial levels of the hormones were measured by radioimmunoassay.The relationship of the hormones levels with markers’ emptying rates from colon-transit test were linear-correlatively analyzed.Results Fasting and postprandial levels of the hormones in patients were as follows:(1)MLT 227.92±90.46 pg/ml and 267.94±126.68 pg/ml,the postprandial plasma level was lower than that of control group (336.16±116.06 pg/ml,P<0.05).(2)SS 43.13±33.70 pg/ml and 25.88±11.51 pg/ml,the fasting plasma level was higher than that of control group (18.52±14.88 pg/ml,P<0.01).(3)NT 78.75±52.88 pg/ml and 110.25±97.08 pg/ml.The fasting plasma level was higher than that of control group (46.95±18.12 pg/ml,P<0.05).The markers’ emptying rates were found to be positively linear-correlated to the postprandial MLT levels,and negatively linear-correlated to the fasting SS levels.Conclusion The results show that abnormalities of blood gastrointestinal hormones might be related to a colon motility disorder in patients with STC.
