刑罚是对犯罪分子实行的最严厉的制裁方法。各种刑罚在实施过程中应注意哪些心理学问题,是司法心理学中的重要研究课题。本文从六个方面对这一问题进行了深入的探讨,对刑罚实践有一定的指导意义。

Penalty is confirmed by a country and is applied by a court to law to punish criminals. But in the course of application we should take psychological issues into consideration and this is still a research in the justice psychology. This article probes into this question from six different aspects and hopes to help the penalty practice.
