本文从理论和实践相结合的角度深刻阐述了公安经济侦查队伍正规化建设特别是业务素质能力提高的重要性,并对其提高的路径做了有益的探索。
The essay expounds the normal construction of police engaged in economic investigation in the aspect of combination of theory and practice, especially the significance of improving the professional quality and ability, and make some helpful exploration into the ways of improvement.
