摘要
以16JS型减速器为例,对矿用减速器进行价值分析,根据该产品的价格数据及现场实际使用情况,用价值系数分析法分别求出各个功能件的成本系数、功能系数和价值系数,进而结合现场实际使用情况,提出了结构改进方案。
The paper deals with value analysis of 16JS mining gearbox. Based on the price data and the working situation of the gearbox, the cost coefficient, function coefficient and value coefficient of each functional element are respectively calculated by value analysis. The structure improvement solution for the gearbox is also suggested with the combination of site working situation.
