摘要
本文针对直流电动机换向器的故障,分析了几种常用的车削方法及其工艺要求,通过改进无火花带电车削工艺,不仅节省了维修时间,而且有效地保证了换向器车削后的表面精度。
In view of the faults occurred on DC motor commutator, the paper analyzes several commonly used turning methods and their technological requirements. By the sparkles charged turning technology, not only the repair time can be saved but also the surface precision of commutator after turning can be effectively guaranteed.
