高压变频调速节能技术在油田输油泵机组上的应用

Application of High Voltage Inverter on the Oil Transferring Pumps Sets in the Oil-field

输油泵是油库生产运行中主要能牦设备。原来一般通过控制输油泵出口阀门的开度来调节流量,大量的能源消耗在泵出口阀前后。我们在南一油库6kV 630kW输油泵机组上应用了一套北京利德华福公司生产的高压变频调速系统,通过改变输油泵的转速进行流量调节,降低了输油单牦,节约了电能,改善了工艺。

Oil transferring pumps are the major oil-consumer in oil factory. Betore now it was by controlling the open degree that to control the discharge of oil pumps' output valves, and a lot of energy was expended the the pumps output valves. The application of domestic Beijing Leader & Harvest Multi-level high voltage inverters in Nan Yi oil depot is introduced in this paper, and the energy-saving effect is also shown here. The results show that the oil plant can benefit a lot from energy-saving of some equipments, such as adjust the discharge by changing oil pumps' speed.
