摘要
为了便于计算流体动力学的数值结果真实再现三维流动现象,本文开发了全新的集成的人机对话式可视化系统。本可视化系统由数据库、数据处理子系统和用户界面等组成。数据库存放计算流体动力学的计算结果和有关物理问题描述;数据处理子系统对数据进行加工处理,它由快速的点面判别搜索算法、等参数映射的三元八点插值算法,变步长的Runge-Kutta质点跟踪算法、等值线搜索算法和三维立体消隐显示技术等组成,能形成速度矢量场、标量等值线、三维质点轨迹图等。用户利用系统提供的友善的用户界面,可随时从系统中获取自己需要的信息。系统具有物理量的一维分布显示、物理量的二维、三维等值线显示、速度的二维、三维矢量场显示、质点的二维、三维轨迹跟踪等功能,能满足不同研究背景的科学计算可视化需要。
One of the great problems with three dimensional computations is the difficulty of interpreting the sheer quantity of output. For this reason a visualization system of computational fluid dynamics(VISPLOT) has been developed. The VIS-PLOT consists of database, data processing subsystem and user-interface. The database contained information about the problem and the solution values stored in the binary format. Two forms of processing can be carried out on two-dimensional planes slicing, or full three-dimensional .graphics. The former is adequate for many purposes and the latter is much more powerfuland more easily enables a full understanding of the tree-dimensional flow to be obtained. The facilities of VISPLOT include:a) Contours of scalar quantities in grid slices and planes; b) Profiles of the variables on arbitrary lines throush the computational domain; c) Velocity vecotor plots; d) Prticle tracks and vortex tracks.
