摘要
本文研究潜艇指挥台围壳负压区排气降低潜艇柴油机排气背压以改善潜艇柴油机性能及降低排气噪音的新设计思想及其理论。在理论上研究潜艇指挥台围壳流场的压力分布,系统地着重分析了围壳各种方案的附体排气道上的压力分布情况,提出了附体排气道位置的最佳方案,并讨论了负压区排气口对柴油机性能的影响。 计算结果与指挥台围壳模型实验结果具有较好的一致性。
The paper presents a new idea that the exhaust port is placed in the negative pressure region of flow field in order to decrease the exhaust back pressure and improve the performances of the submarine diesel engine. Theoretically the pressure distribution of flow field outsid the superstructure hull is studied. And systematically more attention is paid in details to the analysis of the pressure distribution outside the pipe which is arranged on the upper superstructure hull top outside wall.The paper puts forward the optimal choice of the location of the attached pipe and discusses the favourable influence of such exhaust port on the performances of the submarine diesel engine.The numerical caluclation results are found to be in good agreement with those the experiment in the wind tunnel.
