摘要
本文介绍了国内外水文情报信息收集、传输和实时处理系统、水文预报系统和水文预报调度自动化系统的发展概况。提出了我国与国外的主要差距是在信息收集、传输手段和实时联机预报新技术的应用方面。根据我国国情,对建立完整的自动化测报系统并形成联网,必须进行全面规划,统一安排,分期实施,重点应建在受洪水威胁较为严重的主要河流、河段和重点水库,并对北京市的防洪测报系统提出了建议。
This article briefly introduces the case of hydrologic information collection, transmission and real-time processing system, hydrologic forecasting system and hydrologic forecasting regulation automatic system in and out. It appoints the main gap in the method of transmission and the new technology of real-time on-line forecast. According to the present condition of the nation, we must have a perfect programme, an unified arrangment and batch performance to establish the intact automatic testing and forecasting system then form the network, the major should be founded in a river, a part-river and the key artificial lake. The article also makes a suggestion about the flood automatic testing and forecasting system of Beijing.
