摘要
针对高速运动监控图像的处理及其网络传输方面的不足,分析相关标准的视频编码性能和网络亲和性能,提出采用下一代压缩编码标准H 264的取代方案,具体探讨其多种技术改进措施的原理和细节,阐述错误恢复工具,最后对H 264的应用实现提出一管之见。
This paper,aiming at the limitation of processing and transporting the high-motion picture,analyses the coding and network-friendly performance of correlative standards and brings forward an video monitoring scheme adopting the next generation compression coding standard---H.264,then discusses the theory and details of the improved technology and the error-resilience tools concretely,finally gives a personal opinion on the realization and application.
