摘要
环氧合酶(COX)-2的高表达与肺癌的发生与发展有密切关系。开展COX-2与肺癌关系的研究,将有助于阐明肺癌的发生机制,并为肺癌的化学预防和靶向治疗提供新的策略与途径。本文对COX-2抑制剂塞来考昔在肺癌的预防与治疗中的最新研究进展进行简要综述。
