醛固酮对心血管系统的不良影响及醛固酮拮抗剂的应用

摘要醛固酮是人体重要的盐皮质激素,除了其传统的保钠排钾作用外,近来发现它对心血管系统功能还存在着其它的调节作用,对高血压、心力衰竭、冠心病等病症都有不利影响。适当的应用醛固酮拮抗剂对上述疾病的治疗颇为有利。
