摘要
本文研究了含 P507的中空纤维管型支撑液膜苹取 Nd^(3+)的体系,实验测定了体系传质过程的渗透系数 P 以及料液的 pH 值、反革液中 Nd^(3+)的浓度和两水相的循环流量对渗透系数 P 的影响;比较了料液和反萃液顺向流动和逆向流动情况下支撑液膜萃取 Nd^(3+)的差别;同时,观测了体系液膜的稳定性。
In this paper,kinetics of extraction of Nd^(3+) with HFSLM was studied. This system had very strong capacity of concentrating Nd^(3+) from feed to strip.Permeability coefficient P of Nd(Ⅲ) transport across the HFSLM increased with increment of pH in feed (pH<3) and circulating flow,but the primary concentration of Nd^(3+) in the stripping solution had no effect on mass transfer under given condition.In contrary flow of the feed and stripping solution,the mass transfer was more efficient than in parallel flow of the two aqueous solutions.The stability of this HFSLM system should be improved further.
