关中城市群发展研究规划设想

The Tentative Plan of Development and Programming About the City Agglomeration of Guanzhong

城市群是城市发展的必然产物,关中城市群作为一个雏形的城市群具有很大的发展潜力,也存在着很多的问题和障碍,所以加强关中城市群建设与发展是非常必要的。针对这一点,在对关中城市群发展条件背景、现状特征和存在问题分析的基础上,提出了关中城市群的规划设想及保证措施。

This analyses the background about the city agglomeration of Guanzhong firstly, and points out the necessity of strengthening and developing the city-and-town Cluster of Guanzhong.Then it,analyses the status,characters and existing problems.In the end, aiming at the problems and obstacles,the author puts forward some tentative plans for the development and programming about the city agglomeration of Guanzhong in the future and its guarantee measures as well.
