摘要
企业环境报告制度是一种很好的环境信息披露方式,它能有效地降低环境管理成本,提高企业信誉。企业环境报告制发展历史虽然不长,但它给人们带来一种解决环境问题、实现可持续发展的全新的方法。我国环境问题日益严重,而且通过ISO14001环境认证的企业日益增多,环境报告制度法律化、制度化是历史的必然,也是迫在眉睫的大事。所以建议我国政府适应国际发展的潮流,尽早引入这种管理机制并制度化、法律化,以提高我国企业信誉和国际竞争力,推动我国社会、经济、环境的可持续发展。
After analyzing the advantage of corporation environmental report as a tool of corporation information disclosure and its story and future developing trend in the world, it suggests that Chinese government should carry out this measure as a law and regulation as other countries done to improve the corporate competitiveness and creditability in the world. The Mechanism of Corporate Environmental Report is also the better way to maintain sustainable development of China in society, economy and environment.
