摘要
为了更好地把握聚酰胺类复合膜的成膜规律,以指导复合膜的进一步提高,本文对其成膜机理进行了初步探讨,这主要包括单体、官能团、反应活性、反应过程和有关参数的影响等,即从热力学和动力学的几个方面的初步认识。本研究为制备高性能和高分子量的复合膜提供了必要的参考。
Preliminary study on formation mechanism of composite polyamide membranes has been carried out in order to grasp the formation regularity of the membranes and improve the performance of the membranes.This study includes the effects of monomers,functional groups,reaction capac- ity,reaction process and related parameters,such as binary or ternary acyl chlorides and amines,primary and secondary amines,concentration of the monomers,reaction period and temperature,solvents and interracial cont- rol.That is,both thermodynamics and dynamics for the membrane forma- tion are involved in the study.The quantitative study on interfacial reac- tion control were suggested for more deepened understand of the mechan- ism.The study can be served as a reference for making composite memb- ranes with high performance.
