摘要
介绍一种高架桥式高速加工中心直线进给系统的设计。阐述了高速直线进给时所采用的直线电机驱动系统的外形,以及选择直线电机时需要考虑的主要参数和原则。给出了Y向直线进给的控制方案,并根据X向采用双直线进给电机的特点提出了提高同步精度的方案。
The design of the linear feed system of an overhead gantry high spe ed machining center is presented in the paper. The profile of the linear motor dri ving system used in the high speed linear feed and the main parameters and princ iple for selection of linear motor are described. The control method of Y-axis linear feed is provided. Based on the characteristics of X-axis linear feed ado pting the double linear motor, the method of improving the synchronous precision is put forward.
