磺化聚醚砜复合半透膜的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文以磺化聚醚砜(SPES)为原料,制备了SPES复合半透膜,初步研究了浸涂液组成与膜性能的关系,探索了制膜工艺条件对膜性能的影响,测试了膜耐氯性能及对MgSO_4,Na_2SO_4水溶液脱除效果。结果表明,选择合适浸涂液组成和制膜条件,能够制得高通量、适宜于硫酸盐型咸水脱盐的耐氯复合半透膜。 Composite RO membranes were prepared by casting a porous polysulfone substrate with a solution mainly containing sulfonated polyethersulfone and drying to give a film. The influence of preparation conditions and components of coating solution was invesitgated. A typical composite membrane with high flux and good chlorine resistance, and suitable for desalination of sulfate—containing brackish water was obtained
