黄连种子后熟与萌发期间外源激素效应研究

Study on Exogenous Hormones Effects during Post-maturation and Sprouting of Seed of Coptis chinesis franch

目的 :研究黄连种子胚发育及种子萌发过程中添加外源激素的作用。方法 :三种激素GA3 、NAA、6 BA不同浓度按正交设计方法 ,搭配处理组合 ,对黄连种子进行处理 ,统计胚率、裂口率、萌发率。结果 :三种激素对胚率均有显著影响 ,GA3和NAA对裂口率有显著影响 ,NAA对萌发率有显著影响 ;5号处理组合 (GA3 5mg/L +NAA 0 .5mg/L + 6 BA0 .1mg/L)能显著提高胚率、裂口率及萌发率。结论 :黄连种子胚发育及萌发的不同时期激素效应不同 ,处理组合 (GA3 5mg/L +NAA 0 5mg/L + 6 BA 0 1mg/L)

Object:study on effects of exogenous hormones in the course of post-maturation and seed sprouting of Coptis chinesis franch. Method:Three horones (GA 3,NAA,6-BA).according to orthogonal experiment design, collocating hormones concentration compound of GA 3、NAA、6-BA and then treating Coptis chinesis franch,counting rate of embryo, rate of seed breach, rate of sprouting.Results:Three hormones all have remarkable effects on rate of embryo, GA 3 and NAA have NAA have significant effects on rate of breach, and then NAA has prominent effect on rate of sprouting. The fifth compound can increase rate of embryo, rate of breach, rate of sprouting. Conclusion, The effects of hormones were different along with different course of development of embryo and sprouting of seed. The optimal compound is (GA 3 5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA0.1mg/L).
