胆舒胶囊治疗胆石症的疗效观察

Observation of treatment cholelithiasis with Danshu Capsules

目的 观察胆舒胶囊治疗胆石症的疗效。方法 将 6 0例胆石症患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组患者给予胆舒胶囊口服 ,2粒 /次 ,3次 /d ;对照组给予熊去氧胆酸 (UDCA) 2 0 0mg口服 ,3次 /d ,疗程均为 3个月。 结果 治疗组患者治疗前、后ALT水平间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,而对照组患者治疗前、后ALT水平间差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。两组患者治疗前后TC、TG均值间差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。两组患者疗效间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 胆舒胶囊在胆石症溶石排石中具有一定优势 。

Objective To observe the treatment cholelithiasis with Danshu Capsules.Methods Sixty patients of cholelithiasis were divided randomly into 2 groups: the treatment group(40 patients) and the control group(20 patients).The treatment group were given Danshu Capsules (2#,po tid) and the control group were given UDCA(200 mg,po tid).Results The levels of serum ALT were decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with those before treatment (P<0.01).But in the control group these changes did not occur.After treatment,the levels of serum TC and TG were not changed significantly in two groups (P>0.05).The total efficacy rate was 90% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group,whereas the cured rate was 35% and 10%,respectively.There′s significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion It′s valuable to treat cholelithiasis with Danshu Capsules.
