支持性心理干预对老年抑郁病人生活质量影响的效果研究

The Effective Study of Supportive Psychological Intervention on the Quality of Life of the Depressed Elderly

目的 探讨支持性心理干预对社区老年抑郁病人生活质量的影响。方法 在上海某社区采用老年抑郁量表 (GDS)筛选出老年抑郁病人 ,并将符合研究要求的 6 2名病人按社区分为干预组及对照组各 31人 ,对干预组病人进行 3个月的支持性心理干预 ,3个月时采用健康调查问卷第二版 (SF - 36v2 )对两组进行生活质量的比较分析。结果 干预后干预组的情感职能 (RE)、活力 (VT)、心理功能 (MH)及总体健康 (GH)维度分数高于对照组 ,差异有显著性意义 ;与干预前比较 ,干预组的情感职能 (RE)、活力 (VT)、心理功能 (MH)、社会功能 (SF)、躯体疼痛(BP)及总体健康 (GH) 6个维度的分数间差异有显著性意义 ;而对照组干预后仅活力 (VT)和躯体疼痛 (BP)维度分数升高 ,前后差异有显著性意义。结论 支持性心理干预可以显著提高老年抑郁病人的心理社会功能方面的生活质量 。

Objective Explore the effect of the supportive psychological intervention on the quality of life of the depressed elderly in community.Methods In the chosen community of Shanghai, we used Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) to identify the depressed elderly.62 depressed old people who met the conditions of study were assigned to intervention group and control group according to community, and each group had 31 ones. 3 months' supportive psychological intervention was given to intervention group. At 3-month, the 36-item Short-form General Health Survey version 2 (SF-36v2) was used to measure the quality of life of the two groups.Results After intervention, the scores of the Role Emotional, Vitality, Mental Health, General Health dimensions of SF-36v2 of intervention group were higher than that of control group significantly. Compared with the beginning, the scores of the Role Emotional, Vitality, Mental Health, Social Function, Bodily Pain, and General Health dimensions of SF-36v2 of intervention group were increased significantly; while in control group, only the scores of the Vitality and Bodily Pain dimensions were increased remarkably.Conclusion Supportive Psychological intervention improved the quality of life in psychological and social function aspects of the depressed elderly in community, which has great significance to the prevention of depression of old people in community.
