异常脐动脉血流比值对妊娠结局的影响

The Influence of the Abnormal Blood Flow Ratio of the Umbilical Artery on the Pregnancy Outcomes

目的 探讨异常脐动脉血流比值对妊娠结局的影响。方法 分析 112例脐动脉血流比值异常的孕妇与正常对照组孕妇的妊娠结局。结果 两组新生儿体重 <2 5 0 0g的发生率间的差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;两组胎儿窘迫、IUGR等母婴并发症及妊高征、羊水过少等病理妊娠的发生率间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 胎儿脐动脉血流监测对预测不良妊娠结局有较高的实用价值 ,孕期加强监测 ,有助于改善母婴预后。

Objective To study the influence of the abnormal blood flow ratio of the umbilical artery on the pregnancy outcomes.Methods The abnormal blood flow ratio of the umbilical artery in 112 cases was compared with the control group.Results The incidence rate of newborns weight which was lower than 2500g was significantly different between the abnormal group and the normal group(P<0.01).Rates of the maternal-fetal complications and other pathologic pregnancy,such as fetal distress,IUGR,pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and oligohydramnios,were obviously different between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion It is of highly practical significance to predict the outcomes of the abnormal pregnancy through the detection of fetal artery blood flow.Strengthening detection during the pregnancy helps to improve the maternal-infant prognosis.
