本文在供应链管理理论的指导下,结合房地产开发项目的特点,详细分析了房地产供应链合作伙伴关系管理概念、内容和作用,系统地比较了房地产开发项目干系企业合作关系类型,探讨了房地产供应链合作伙伴关系的组织形式,并从房地产开发商的角度,提出了房地产供应链合作伙伴选择的原则、综合评价指标和方法。

The supply chain of real estate based cooperative partnership management (SCRECPM) is the new-style strategy relationship management mode, which is bottom on integration with advantage of resources distribute and the core competitive ability in supply chain cooperative enterprises of real estate. Directed by supply chain theory and combined with the characteristics of real estate development project, this paper analyses the concepts, contents and the functions of SCRECPM, systematically compares cooperative partnership types of relative enterprise in real estate development project, discusses the forms of organization structure in the supply chain of real estate based cooperative partnership, and from view of real estate developer put forwards the principles, synthetic evaluation indexes and methods in the choice of the supply chain of real estate based cooperative partnership.
