Accelerating man’s all-round development” was promoted to one of the most i mportant position in the course of the socialist modernization construction at the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is based on Marx’s theory of the man’s development. “Accelerating man’s all-round deve lopment” indicates the highest value goal of our all works and is creating a ne w epoch in China's history.
