ERP(EnterpriseResourcePlanning)企业资源计划系统就是集信息技术与先进的管理思想于一身 ,是提高企业管理水平和竞争实力的重要手段。ERP在我国企业中的实施正如火如荼 ,本文将从ERP概念入手 ,分析ERP功能作用 ,联系农机企业的特征 ,案例分析山东时风集团实施ERP的成功经验 ,指出了在知识经济时代 ,ERP在农机企业中的发展趋势。
ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning system)is the integrity of information technology and advanced management.The ERP is a most important means to improve enterprise management level and its competitive abilities.For ERP is so popular in Chinese enterprises,this article will analyze the function of ERP with the beginning of its concepts,and further analyze the successful experiences of Shandong Shi Feng group with considering the feature of aˉgricultural machinery enterprise.In conclusion,the author points out the new tendency of ERP at the knowledge econˉomy age.
