卒中存活者的体力活动和锻炼
摘要
本文重点介绍美国心脏病学会 (AHA)于 2 0 0 4年 4月发布的一篇科学意见书 :《卒中存活者的体力活动和锻炼指南》(Cir culation ,2 0 0 4,10 9:2 0 3 1～ 2 0 41) ,并参考其他新发表的文献作补充 ,内容包括锻炼和康复计划对卒中存活者机体的影响 ;参加锻炼计划前的体检和评估 ;对卒中后患者运动锻炼计划的建议 ,文后附编译者的点评。
