摘要
溶液结晶是目前 avermectin工业提纯的主要工艺 ,也是控制产品质量的关键步骤。本文考察了 avermectin冷却结晶过程中降温方式、搅拌速率和添加晶种这三个主要操作因素对 avermectin结晶质量的影响 ,研究结果表明 ,当采用程序降温 ,搅拌速率为 12 0 r/min,在相对过饱和度 S=1.2~ 1.4时加入晶种可以获得 avermectin B1含量最高的结晶产品。
Avermectins, which are produced by Streptomyces avermitilis , are a family of macrocyclic lactone compounds. Eight compounds with similar structures in avermectins fermentation both make the purification of avermectins very difficult. The crystallization is the most important technique to purify avermectins and obtain good crystalline quality. In the work, operation parameters such as cooling way, stirring speed and seeding in avermectins crystallization were studied. Results showed that the crystal quality was best when using programmed cooling, stirring at 120r/min and seeding at supersaturation degree of 1 2~1 4.
