摘要 感应电机采用传统的硬起动会给定子的转矩和电流带来较大冲击,故需研究电机的软起动过程.用混合变量改进方法建立感应电机模型,通过控制单元,在主电路拓扑的变化下,采用双向晶闸管控制高压电机软起动.该过程利用Matlab/Simulink仿真模拟电机起动时定子电流和转矩变化情况.该过程启动电流小,起停过渡自然,节能效果好.通过调节启动转矩,启动中可以实现低速启动、频繁启动和软停止,而且损耗小,控制精确. The soft start-up process of electronic induction motor is studied in order to avoid the enormous impulsion to its starting stator current and torque brought by direct start. It proposes an improving induction motor model based on hybrid variable. By the changing of main circuit topology due to the control cell, it dominates the high voltage soft start-up process by the bidirectional thyristor. The course that imitates the current and torque of stator at the motor starting assisted by Matlab/Simulink simulation. It can achieve small starting current, natural transition and economical consumption. It, characterized as little wastage and precise control, can also obtain slow start, frequent start and soft halt by regulating start-up torque.
