摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术采用相关算法改进了传统自由轴阻抗测试法,详细探讨了基于USB总线的微型阻抗测试仪的设计思想,分别从软硬件两方面对硬件系统模块设计和基于相关原理的关键算法作了重点阐述,最后给出了系统的测试结果。实践表明,基于虚拟仪器技术的阻抗测试仪不仅改变了传统测试方法,用软件替代了硬件,提高了测量精度,而且实现了仪器微型化、智能化和网络化,代表了测试测量仪器的发展方向。
This paper improves the traditional impedance measurement method by correlation algorithm based on virtual instrument technique, discusses the design ideas of micro-impedance instrument based on USB bus in detail and expounds the hardware system module and the core algorithm based on correlation principle. At last, the results of system test are given. The practice indicates that the impedance instrument based on virtual instrument changes the traditional measurement method, uses software substitute for the hardware and improves measurement precision, and realizes micromation, intelligence level and network, which represents the development direction of test & measurement instrument.
