通过对纺纱过程的对比分析,认为细纱机的加捻卷绕部位、自动络筒机、高速并线机是造成纱线毛羽增加的3个主要工序。因此要减少纱线毛羽,提高纱线的光洁度,必须注重这3道工序在生产中的控制和对器材的选择、校正及正确使用。

This paper analyse the main process of affecting the yarn hairiness.It is the twisting and winding mechanism of spinning frame,the automatic winder and the high speed doubler winder by the wholely spinning process.Therefore we must pay attention to process control of production in three process,selection and correction of appliances.
