A Study on the Origin of the Documents in The Textual Criticism of HAN Yu's Works by ZHU Xi

前人常常推崇《韩文考异》旁稽博证,而事实上《考异》文字校理的文献来源大多是第二手资料,其中公开引用它本的资料多达百余种;不公开地间接转录它本资料计14种;实际采用的第一手资料,底本之外,计25种,127条,此外,以“或本”形式采录原始文献8种。除去重复,《考异》实际征引原始文献仅31种。

Based on the statistics, this text works out that in The Textual Criticism of Han Yus Works the firsthand materials cited amount to 25 kinds, over 100 items except its master copy. If adding 8 kinds of original materials that were quoted in the form of other editions, only 31 kinds of firsthand materials were cited in it except the same ones. On the other hand, over 100 kinds of materials were cited from other editions including 14 kinds not to show their source.
