法律调整机制是法学方法论的重要内容。环境法在实现其调整功能的系统过程中,既受到自身法律机制的约束,又受到社会条件、法律意识、社会成员心理状况的影响。完善我国环境法的调整机制,可提高我国环境法的调整效率,最终实现我国环境法的价值。

The legal adjustment mechanism is very important in the methodology of law. The environmental law, in the systematic process of realizing its adjustment function, is not only bound by its own legal mechanism, but also influenced by the social conditions , legal consciousness and the psychological situations of human community members. It is very important to perfect the adjustment mechanism of the China environment law, thereby to enhance the adjustment effectiveness of the law and realize its values finally.
