摘要
从交通决策指挥系统的模型研究出发,分析了其工作原理、系统结构以及功能,探讨了基于GIS/GPRS的城市交通决策指挥系统的特点和可行性.
Based on the model study of traffic decision-making and directing system, the working principle, the system structure and function are analyzed. Character and feasibility of traffic decision-making and directing system according to GIS/GPRS are explored.
