逆向工程在烟机异型件建模中的应用

摘要 比较了逆向工程技术(RE)与传统的正向设计的差别,对于实施RE中的坐标数据采集和建模技术进行了论述。以烟支成型零件为例,论述了RE在烟机异型件CAD/CAM系统中的具体实现,包括RE应用的软硬件环境、数据采集、数据处理、拟合曲面及实体构建。RE技术的应用为烟机零件设计制造提供了新的技术手段,保证了设计的准确性,缩短了研制周期,提高了设计制造的成功率。 The differences between reverse engineering (RE) and traditional obverse design were compared, and the coordinate data collecting and modelling in RE were discussed. Taking tobacco rod forming parts as an example, the realization of RE in irregular parts CAD/CAM system was discussed, including application environment of software and hardware, data collecting, data processing, curved surface fitting and entity constituting. RE provides a new technology for designing and manufacturing tobacco machine parts with guaranteed design veracity, shorter developing period and higher rate of success.
