干旱胁迫下烤烟矿质养分含量与烟叶产、质量的关系 被引量:37

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫对烤烟矿质营养元素含量的影响及其与烟叶产量和品质的关系。结果表明,干旱可使烟株内N素浓度增加,P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn的浓度减小,烟叶产量降低,品质下降。烟株内矿质养分含量与烟叶产量和品质有密切的关系,烤烟各生育时期遭受干旱胁迫,烟株内N素含量均与烟叶产量、总氮和烟碱含量呈正相关,与还原糖含量呈负相关。干旱胁迫下烟株内N素含量对烟叶产量和品质的影响最大,其次是P和K,对其它养分的影响较小。 The effects of drought stress on the content of mineral nutrient and the relationship between mineral nutrient content and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied with pot experiment. The results showed that the concentration of N in tobacco plant increased and the contents of P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn decreased under drought stress, which resulted in the decline of yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco. It was also found that the content of mineral nutrient in tobacco plant correlated closely with the yield and quality of tobacco leaves. The concentration of N in tobacco plant was positively related to yield, but contents of total nitrogen and nicotine negatively correlated with the content of reducing sugar in cured leaves when drought occurred in growing stages. Under drought stress, the effect of N content on yield and quality of tobacco was most significant, followed by P and K contents, and the effects of other mineral nutrient contents were on the small side.
