水库防护工程经济评价探讨

THE RESEARCH ON ECONOMY EVALUATION OF RESEVOIR PROTECTION PROJECTS

本文探讨了水库防护工程经济评价与项目优选方法。防护工程费用由堤防、水闸、排涝泵站的土建、机电及送变电工程投资及运行费组成。防护工程效益则包括被防护区减免的洪涝灾害损失、水库淹没与移民安置损失两部分。文中提出了防护工程费用与效益的计算方法,并给出了经济评价与项目优选的方法与参数。

In this paper, the methods of economy evalution and projects optimum seeking are discussed for reservoir protection projects. Costs of a protection project include the operation cost and the invest, which are from civil and architectural engineering,mechanical and electrical engineering.and transformer and transmission engineering of the embankment,the water gate, the dranage pumping station.Benifits of the project consist of reduction of losses from flood calamity in protected aera, and the losses of emigration moving and settling because of reservoir inundation. Furthermore, the paper describes how to caculate costs and benifits of the project. And then methods and agrithoms of economy evaluation and projects optimum seeking are also given.
