武汉市不同人群SARS的认知状况调查及分析

The knowledge of SARS and their influencing factors among different population in Wuhan

目的 :了解武汉市不同人群对SARS的认知状况及其影响因素 ,以指导对SARS及同类的重大公共卫生事件的健康教育。方法 :对全市 6个不同职业类别人群进行SARS的认知状况及影响因素的问卷调查。结果 :武汉市不同人群对SARS均有一定程度的认识 ,但文化程度为小学及以下者和农民工认知程度较低 ,其中农民工对SARS不清楚的占 3 0 .3 % ,为职员的 1 0倍多。影响因素包括 :文化程度、职业、对SARS的关注程度和恐惧程度。结论 :应针对全市不同文化层次、不同职业类别人群和不同的心理状态开展健康教育工作。

Objectives: To understand the knowledge of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and their influencing factors among different population in Wuhan, and to direct the health education of SARS and similarly severe public health events. Methods: 6 different occupational groups were surveyed with a self administered questionnaire on the knowledge of SARS and their influencing factors. Results: The surveyed population knew some basic knowledge of SARS, but the educated people and city working farmers with a low percent of understanding, the later group were 30.3% unclear of SARS. The influencing factors were educational level, occupation, the degree of concern about SARS. Conclusions: Health education for SARS prevention should be provided according to people's different educational levels, different occupations and different psychologic state.
