摘要
目的:探讨提高大鼠四血管脑缺血模型成功率的方法。方法:在四血管脑缺血模型制作方法基础上,采用 2阶段制作,首先阻断椎动脉,次日阻断颈总动脉;通过翼突这一骨性标态寻找翼突孔。观察缺血 10min、20min、30min时造模成功率。结果:造模总成功率达 57. 7%,动物存活率达 93. 3%。随着缺血时间延长,模型成功率有逐渐降低的趋势。结论:采用改进的手术方法可有效提高大鼠四血管脑缺血模型成功率。
Aim: To raise the success rate of establishing the bilateral hemispheric ischemia rat model.Methods: Based on the usual method of establishing bilateral hemispheric ischemia model,we interdicted vertebral artery at first and total cervical artery after 24 h.The success rates at 10 min,20 min,and 30 min after ischemia were calculated.Results: The general success rate was 57.7%,and the survival rate was 93.3%.The success rate tended to decrease with the ischemia time.Conclusion: Ameliorating the operation can increase the success rate of establising the bilateral hemispheric ischemia model in rats.
