涎腺肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2表达与微血管密度的关系 被引量:1

Relationship of expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 and microvascular density in the salivary carcinoma tissue

摘要 目的:研究涎腺肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白 2 (MMP- 2 )表达及与微血管密度的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学S P法观察 36例涎腺肿瘤(其中涎腺多形性腺瘤 14例,涎腺腺样囊性癌 22例)石蜡包埋组织中的MMP- 2、CD34表达。并在CD34染色切片上检测间质微血管密度 (MVD)。结果:在涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中MMP- 2阳性表达率(68. 2% )明显高于涎腺多形性腺瘤(28. 6% )。涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中的MVD的平均值 (63. 43±4. 43)明显高于涎腺多形性腺瘤(45. 43±4. 30)。MMP 2阳性表达组MVD平均值 (66. 84±4. 65)明显高于MMP- 2阴性表达组(44. 76±3. 53)。结论:MMP- 2可能通过促进涎腺肿瘤间质血管生成,促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移,并可能成为判定涎腺肿瘤生物学行为和预后的指标。 Aim: To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2)and its correlation with microvascular density(MVD) in salivary carcinoma.Methods: The expression of MMP-2 and MVD were detected in 36 case of salivary carcinoma (14 cases of plemorphic adenoma, and 22 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC)) using immunohistochemistry.Results: In comparison with plemorphic adenoma(28.6%),the expression of MMP-2 in ACC (68.2%)was significantly higher(P<0.05). The average of MVD in ACC(63.43±4.43) was higher than that in plemorphic adenoma ( 45.43±4.30).The average of MVD was higher in MMP-2 positive group (66.84±4.65)than that in MMP-2 negative group(44.76±3.53).Conclusion: MMP-2 may promote the angiogenesis and play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis,which can be an important indicator to determine biologic behavior and prognosis of salivary carcinoma.
